Arriving by taxi or private transfer
The most convenient drop-off point is the Old Town entrance beside Kolona port. From Kolona, enter the Old Town and walk up the Street of the Knights. Around the middle of the street, turn left into Ipparchou Street through the stone arch, then turn left again to reach Avalon Boutique Suites Hotel.
When the hotel is informed in advance, our team can collect guests and their luggage from Kolona and provide transport to the hotel by golf cart. Please contact us before arrival so the service can be arranged.
The hotel can also arrange a private airport transfer on request. Please contact us to confirm availability and the current charge.
Arriving by car and parking
Private vehicles do not normally drive through the pedestrian streets of Rhodes Old Town. Guests arriving by car may park in the Kolona port area and continue to the hotel from there. Parking availability and local traffic restrictions can change, so please contact the hotel before arrival for current guidance.
Check-in, check-out and luggage
Avalon operates as one hotel. All guests, including guests staying in the Medieval Rosa suites and Avalon Residence, check in at the main Avalon reception at 9 Haritos Street and follow the same hotel procedures.
