These Terms and Conditions govern your use of avalonrhodes.gr and explain the basis on which direct booking requests are made for Avalon Boutique Suites Hotel.

2. Website information
We aim to keep the website, suite descriptions, photographs, facilities and other information accurate and current. Minor differences may occur because of maintenance, improvements, seasonal arrangements or the characteristics of the historic building. If a detail is essential to your stay, please contact us before booking.
3. Availability and direct bookings
The website may direct you to a booking engine provided by WebHotelier/Revplus. Availability, occupancy, prices, taxes, inclusions, payment requirements and cancellation conditions shown for the selected dates and rate at the time of booking form part of your booking terms.
A booking is completed only when the booking engine accepts it and a confirmation is issued. Please review all guest names, dates, occupancy, room type, price, inclusions and policies before completing the booking and check the confirmation immediately after receipt.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in the currency and on the basis stated during the booking process. Any mandatory tax, fee, deposit, pre-authorisation or payment schedule will be shown before confirmation or in the confirmed rate conditions. Payment processing may be provided by authorised payment-service providers. We do not ask guests to send card details by ordinary email.
5. Changes, cancellations and no-shows
The change, cancellation, refund and no-show conditions attached to the selected rate and shown during booking and in the confirmation apply to that booking. Different rate plans may have different conditions. To request a change or cancellation, use the method stated in the confirmation or contact us promptly with the booking reference.
6. Occupancy and guest information
The number and ages of guests must match the booking. Room occupancy limits and any additional-person charges shown for the selected suite and rate apply. Please contact us before arrival if your party changes, as accommodation of additional guests is subject to the room’s configured capacity, availability and applicable price.
7. Special requests and accessibility
Special requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed. Avalon is located in the Medieval Town of Rhodes and occupies a historic building; access and suite layouts vary. Guests with mobility, accessibility, allergy or other essential requirements should contact us before booking so that we can give accurate information and identify a suitable suite.
8. Guest responsibilities
Guests must use the accommodation and hotel facilities responsibly, respect safety instructions and avoid unlawful conduct, unreasonable disturbance or damage. The person making the booking is responsible for providing accurate information and for communicating relevant booking conditions to the other guests in the party.
9. Website use
You may use this website for lawful personal travel enquiries and bookings. You must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, misuse forms, copy protected content for commercial use, or use automated activity that places an unreasonable load on the service.
